Enrollment

Enrolling your child at Meadow Montessori starts with a visit. We believe the best way to know if we’re the right fit for your family is to see it for yourself — so before anything else, we invite you to tour our school and meet our team.

How to Enroll

Tour Our School

Every family starts with a tour. You'll see our classrooms in action, watch children during the Montessori morning work period, and get a feel for what makes Meadow different. You'll also receive an information packet, including our enrollment application.

Visit the Classroom

Before starting school, your child will spend time in the classroom during the morning work period. It's a relaxed, 30-minute visit where the teacher gets to know your child, helps them feel comfortable, and makes sure our classroom is the right environment for them to thrive in.

Talk it Through

After your tour, our team is here to answer any questions and help you feel confident in your decision. If Meadow feels like the right fit, we'll walk you through the enrollment application and registration fee.

Welcome to Meadow Montessori

Once your enrollment file is complete, your child is ready to start. Because we offer an individualized, year-round program, children can enroll at any time during the year — not just in the fall.

What You'll Need

Once you’re ready to enroll, we’ll ask you to complete a few simple steps to get your child’s file ready for their first day:

All documents should be turned in at least one week before your child’s start date, so we can make sure everything is ready to welcome them.

Enrollment Timing & Wait List

Meadow Montessori offers an individualized, year-round program, so your child can enroll at any time during the year — enrollment isn’t limited to a single start date each fall.

Because our younger classrooms are smaller by design, spots in our infant and toddler programs are more limited and may have a waiting list. If your child’s class is full, we’ll add your family to our wait list and reach out as soon as a spot opens. If you’re expecting or planning ahead for an infant spot, we’d encourage you to get in touch early.
